OPHS Theater Production Create a Set Design OPHS Theater Production

What is set design? A drawing of the planned arrangement of unmovable visual elements for a play.

What is costume design? A drawing of what the character will be wearing during a theatrical presentation.

What is a Prop? short for properties; any article, except costume or scenery, used as part of a dramatic production; any moveable object that appears on stage during a performance, from a telephone to a train.

Design a set, costumes and props for The Ketchup Bottle Your Task: With a group of 2-4 people Create a set design appropriate for The Ketchup Bottle. Draw your design from the perspective of the audience looking at the stage. Design costumes for the two characters. Design the props you will need for the show. Use meticulous care and precise lines and color when drawing your design. Design due Friday.
