SB 1788 Sec. 29.0111. BEGINNING OF TRANSITION PLANNING. Appropriate state transition planning under the procedure adopted under Section 29.011 must begin for a student not later than when the student reaches 14 years of age. Effective June 2011

Results: Indicator13 These are the results beginning with the 2007-2008 school year, which was the first year that all districts had to submit data for indicator 13. The blue column shows the statewide results, and the red column shows the results for districts in Region XIII. R13 (2010-11) 1,296 Student Folders reviewed 1,287 Folders met compliance (99.31%) 9 folders not compliant (0.69%) Statewide Total (2010-11) 18,554 Student Folders reviewed 18,282 Folders met compliance (98.53%) 272 folders not compliant (1.47%)

Results: Indicator 14 August 2010 Statewide Report 920 Respondents To review SPP 14 results let’s take a look at the most recent statewide report, which was published in August 2010. This data is based on students who exited during the 2008-09 school year. This is still the data from when 1/6 of districts had to report, so this is not representative of all districts. 920 respondents out of 2,271 records received. Higher Ed OR competitively Employed = 59% Any activity = 72% More reports can be found on the SPP websites at TEA and Region XIII.
