Timeline of events: 10/03 Victim found laying in the street outside of Ryan’s Tavern by Joseph Walker Help is requested of Dr. Snodgrass, an acquaintance of the victim Victim is admitted to Washington College Hospital in “bad shape” 10/04-10/06 Victim is lodged in the secure wing of the hospital Patient of Dr. John Joseph Moran Victim alters between unconsciousness and delrium shouting the name “Reynolds” several times No visitors are allowed to see the victim
Timeline, cont. 10/07 Victim asks for his wife in Richmond and asks about his lost trunk Victim passes away at 5 am on 10/07 Last words are reportedly: “Lord, help my poor soul” 10/08 Victim is buried at Westminster Abbey in Baltimore 8 witnesses attend the funeral Funeral service last for just 3 minutes
