Module Introduction The Unified Contact Center Management Portal (Unified CCMP) makes provisioning simple and puts it in the hands of users rather than technical engineers. This module describes the enhancements that differentiate the 8.5(1) release from previous versions. Understanding the improved functionality of Unified CCMP is key to using and supporting it.

Module Objectives After completing this module you will be able to: Explain the new and enhanced features of this release to others

Agenda The agenda for this module is to introduce the new and enhanced features for this release: Agent Default Skill Group Support Person Password Length Enhancement Support for Addition Languages Co-Resident Deployment Support Support for New Platforms

Agent Default Skill Group Support: Allows Default Skill Groups to be defined for individual Agents Provides enhanced reporting functionality for non-script routed calls Available through the System Manager > Skill Group create and edit screens

Person Password Length Enhancement: Allows creation of Persons in Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) with zero length passwords Honours the Minimum Password length defined in Unified CCE when creating/resetting Person passwords in Unified CCMP

Support for Addition Languages: Unified CCMP 8.5(1) now offers support for the following languages: Russian Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) Korean Japanese And continued support for existing languages: French German Spanish Italian

Co-Resident Deployment Support: Support for co-resident deployments with Unified ICM components for lab systems Support for co-resident deployments with config-only AWS

Support for New Platforms: Unified CCMP 8.5(1) has been enhanced to provide support for the following new platforms: Unified CCM 8.5(1) Unified CCE 8.5(1) Unified CCMP 8.5(1) also offers legacy support for the following platforms: CCM 8.0(x), CCM 7.1(x) CCE 8.0(x), CCE 7.5(x)
