Instructions: 1.Be sure to print each different component on a different color paper; for instance, codons should be all in one color. Each amino acid should be a different color. 2.Be sure to laminate everything! 3.To make peptide bonds, just cut sheets of white cardstock into thirds or fourths, laminate them and attach velcro to them to attach to amino acids. 4.Dont forget to have codon charts available! 5.Make enough amino acids so that each student gets to be a tRNA at least once.
