Project Facts Expected outputs: -> 1000 assessment exemplars -> 500 learning & teaching packs -> 500 online assessments -1,775 websites mapped in Information Gateway -74 Learner Guides in Information Gateway -started in August due to complete on 30 September substantial amount of resources available through project website

Increased understanding and recognition of HNC/Ds by stakeholders Improving the learning and assessment experience through e-learning and e- assessment resources Enhancing the employability and enterprise skills of Scotland's learners Supports the Scottish Executives Lifelong Learning Strategy (2003)

Project Outputs MSHNP comprises two major strands of activity Strand 1 Assessment exemplars for a range of modernised HN awards >80% of Units Learning & teaching resources for a selection of curriculum areas >30 HNs

The Project Online system for authoring, peer review and moderation Assessments delivered and marked live over the web – no college installs required Objective-type questions – MCQ, MRQ, Numerical, gapfill, re-ordering, matching Outcome, Unit and final exam assessments Pre-moderated and guaranteed for delivery
