Creating and Sharing Google Docs
Students will begin by signing into their gocruisers.org email account Be sue to check the “Remember Me” box!
The students will then select “Drive” from the “More” menu Drive may be located as a separate tab
Once in “Drive,” select the CREATE box Then select the type of document you wish to create
Work will automatically save Create your document Work will automatically save
To share the document, click the share box
Title your work then select save
Enter the names of the people you wish to share your document with BE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SPELLING
Decide if the shared document can be edited by others You may also choose to send an email notification
Select the back arrow to return to your drive home Save and you are done Select the back arrow to return to your drive home
