These pictures were taken on the back road coming from Osprey Lake to Penticton B.C. Cats paid no attention to the truck. Have never seen Lynx as close as this before and in such significant numbers

The following slides show a Lynx at the Oliver Landfill site The following slides show a Lynx at the Oliver Landfill site. I was about 20 feet away. Look at the size of those "snowshoe" paws. What a lovely sight. Hope someone does not decide to shoot it. We have been encroaching on their land to such an extent that it is not surprising to see them foraging so close to town. Aside from the beautiful lynx, would you look at all the plastic!
