A template for BRP surveys will already include question such as: Contribution language , contribution type (citizen, public authority, NGO, etc.) First, last name, email Name and type of organisation Etc. The "BRP" feature is a specific survey type to carry out open public consultations for the "Better Regulation Portal" which should start in a few weeks probably. Thus, this survey type should only be chosen is you want to create an official consultation monitored by the Secretary General (SG). It has some implications, e.g. it will automatically contain template questions provided by the SG for such consultations. Plus it will get some default privileged users as the BRP wants to remote control these surveys, like publishing/unpublishing, renaming the alias, etc.
