He spend even longer thinking about workBecause work is a highly significant part of life

This part of his life is not as pleasantor meaningful as he would like to be

He has to deal with a boss who was not a very effective leader

He struggle to maintain his motivationnot to be boring and under stimulating

He found difficulty to get along with a colleaguewho seems to come from other planet.!

Sometimes he felt stressed out at work not known what to doWe all face these issues at times

After he was promoted to a leadership positionhe will not only face these challenges in his own work,But he’ll be thinking about how to manage other people’s workmore effectively
