Introductions What is your name? Where are you from? What computer operating system are you using at home? What browser do you use at home? What is your Primary email address? Who is your Geek Squad? Why are you taking this class? REMEMBER: YOU CAN PASS!!

Course Objectives The overall objective is for participants to establish and begin using a Secondary email account utilizing Googles web based Gmail application. In addition, several of the applications that are included in the Gmail account will be introduced.

Course Objectives While using their new Gmail account, participants will experience the important skills of: Reading, Replying, and Forwarding an email message. Creating and Sending an email message Email Etiquette Attachments Labels Email security Utilizing the Help and Settings features provided in Gmail

Course Objectives These objectives will be accomplished with a hands on approach, guided practice, instruction in our state of the art computer lab, and classroom assistance from our volunteer “Coaches” when requested.
