The Skillet Gasket (Flange Skillet®) is a gasket installation device for subsea and topside applications. It reduces the time needed for gasket and RTJ installation up to 60%. As a safety device Flange Skillet® also prevents hand-injuries during the installation. Flange Skillet® align gaskets perfectly in the bolt pattern and therefore leakage. Two different patented models of Flange Skillet® are available. R & RX (ANSI) – Model: The classical model of Flange Skillet® is designed to stay in the completed flange assembly.
