Vocabulary 1:1 Step 1: You will be working with your table partner…say hi! Step 2: Count off by 10…the number you and your partner get is the number of the word/sentences you are responsible for. Step 3: Work with your partner and create a sentence for EACH of your assigned words…be sure to use CONTEXT CLUES. Step 4: Write your sentences on the index cards. Put your names on the back. Step 5: Place your index card under the appropriate word/visual on the board. (There will be at least 3 index cards under each word) Step 6: When you are told, go VOTE on the best sentence for each word. Step 7: Read off the winning sentences! Extra credit given to the winners (5 pts)

HOMEWORK VOCABULARY 1) Create a sentence using context clues for EACH of the 10 words. DUE on Wednesday. 10 points possible. Study the words throughout the week…TEST on Friday.
