Band Directors’ Promotion – Want to see the band directors decked out in a marching uniform playing the Wildcat fight song?  That’s right, Mr. Harrington, Mr. Peterman, Mr. Casillas and Mr. Underbrink will perform for you, but YOU have to make it happen!  Come to Casino Night to find out how to make this spectacular sight a reality! What’s There to Do? Featured this year is a delicious Fajita Dinner catered by Chuy’s, an incredible Silent Auction (including Sports Memorabilia, Kendra Scott jewelry, HP Laptop, Golf Rounds, Custom Wildcat Framed Section Pics, Restaurant Gift Cards and so much more), lots of Casino Gaming Fun (poker, blackjack, craps and roulette), a Vegas themed Photo Booth, DJ, Grand Prizes (2 Google Chromebooks and more), plus more prizes to win throughout the evening!! Ticket Info Tickets are $35 each. Everyone, including students, needs to purchase a ticket to attend. You have 6 numbered tickets in your envelope. You may make payment by check (made out to CWBBA), cash or by using a credit card. To use a credit card, go to cywoodsband.org. Under Announcements, choose Casino Night Ticket Payment.   Ticket(s) not purchased or payment for the ticket(s) purchased must be returned to the band hall by January 25. In the white envelope provided, please place your T-shirt Order Form, check/cash and, very important, return any tickets you do not wish to purchase. Your band student can drop the envelope in the red box in the band hall. If you’d like to purchase additional tickets, please email vpfund@cywoodsband.org. What should I Wear? Dress up, dress down, dress like Elvis . . .you’ll fit right in!! Who Will be There? This is a great night of fun for the entire band family. Parents, students, friends and extended family mix to make it an incredible evening!! Can I Donate a Silent Auction Item? YES! We would love to include your donation to the fabulous array of Silent Auction items! Restaurant/retail gift cards, timeshare/vacation rentals, major event sporting tickets, handmade quilts, etc. are all greatly appreciated. What Does Each Ticket Include? A Casino Night T-Shirt Delicious Chuy’s fajita dinner with all the sides Casino Gaming Fun (ages 12+) with poker, blackjack, craps and more. More gaming tables than last year! Loads of Photo Booth fun! What Else Should I know? Bring $$ to purchase beverages, desserts, ticket games and director promo chips selling for $1 each and extra gaming chips selling for $5.
