2016 What’s Different HB 2346 Incentive Program Changes (Morris,Smith) SB 6188 Incentive Program Changes (McCoy) 2346 had momentum, and constituent support. There was good bipartisan support (77-20 vote in the House) We would not have made it this far without the effort last fall. Other stakeholders have not pushed their agendas much. One of the big differences is the constituent tsunami. What will the legislature look like after the election?
