About the UCU The University and College Union (UCU) is the largest union for academic and academic-related staff in the UK. It is recognised by City University London as representing university lecturers, researchers and professional staff in administrative, library and computing services. City UCU runs weekly advice sessions for members (and those interested in joining) to talk to a UCU representative about concerns relating to their employment. We can help with a wide range of problems including stress, bullying and harassment, fixed term and hourly paid contract issues, and organisational restructuring. Drop-in sessions are every Monday from 12.30 - 13.30, in the Union Office (B408).
