What do you need to do before exams? 1.You need to decide on the education program and to find out what entrance tests you need to pass. After passing the entrance examinations you can not change the education program or specialty. It could be done after the 1st semester. 2.You need to register in the system «Буду студентом» at the link: https://abiturient.kpfu.ru/ 3.You need to prepare education certificates (duly legalized (apostille/consular legalization) with their notarized translation into Russian). If applicant wants to enter English-taught program, he/she needs to submit: TOEFL (from 69), IELTS (from 5,5), Cambridge (from B2). 4.If it’s necessary, you need to pass the procedure of recognition of the educational documents. You should address to Tenisheva Sabina Rafaelovna, office 212. The cost of the procedure: 3100 RUB. You need to submit the next documents: the original of the legalized education certificate with its notarized translation. It is IMPORTANT: during April-May you need to consult Sabina Rafaelovna and to submit your educational documents. 5.You need to prepare for the entrance exams. Your actions after the entrance examination The final results of all entrance exams will be announced by 27.07.2018. The results will be available on the website: https://kpfu.ru/eng/admission/applying and will also be posted in the Department of external affairs and in the Preparatory faculty. We kindly ask you to be understanding and to wait 27.07.2018 in order to get acquainted with the results of the entrance examination. If you are not recommended for admission, then you check out the dormitory, take your documents from the office 113 and leave the Russian Federation. It’s impossible to repeat the training at the Preparatory faculty. Re-examination is not permitted. If you are recommended for admission, then come to the office 114 of the Department of external affairs for further processing.

If you didn’t receive the educational documents, you need to send a scan of your education certificates with translation. You have to bring the original documents with you to Kazan. Office 113: Conclude an educational contract and to pay tuition fee for the whole year during 1-2 days, then to bring a copy of the receipt of payment. Submit the legalized education certificates with their notarized translation.

ENROLLMENT You will be enrolled in the 1st year if: You pay the tuition fee for the whole year during 1-2 days; You submit the receipt of payment to the office 113; You pass the procedure of recognition of the educational documents (if necessary). Actions of all students before the beginning of the academic year The beginning of the official settlement in the dormitory – 25.08.2018. You need to : Get a new admission card Get information about the place of residence in the dormitory and the institute’s schedule of settlement.
