DIGNITY FOR ALL STUDENT ACT (DASA) IS A NEW YORK STATE LAW THAT PROMOTES CIVILITY, CITIZENSHIP, TOLERANCE, RESPECT AND ENSURES STUDENTS IN SCHOOLS WILL BE SAFE FROM HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION

New York State Public Schools will be an “environment free of harassment, bullying, and/or discrimination…based on a person’s religion or religious practices.” -NYS DASA LAW

SAY SOMETHING, LEND A HAND Our school is inclusive of all students of all RELIGIONS. Our words and actions towards one another matter. Verbal or physical discrimination will not be tolerated under the LAW. Always be respectful and welcoming. If you are being harassed or discriminated against based on your religion or religious practice, or if you see it happening to someone else, speak up and do not be a bystander. SAY SOMETHING, LEND A HAND

How many religions can you name? How many religions are practiced around the world? Are you accepting of the religious beliefs of others?
