Maths This week we have been continuing to think about number recognition and writing numbers. Books Thank you to all those that have sent in books linked to the topic lost and found. We have very much enjoyed reading them during snack time. The topic of Lost and Found has now finished. We will let you know what the new theme is next week so if you have any books we would love to see them. Theme Week – Music Makers (topic web on back of newsletter) As you are aware we have a visit from the Chinese Dragon on Friday. If you have not yet paid please send £2.50 in a named envelope. We will be exploring Chinese music and will be creating music to match a poem. During this week we will also be thinking about Shrove Tuesday and the start of Lent. Kitchen roll tubes – If you have any kitchen roll tubes please could you bring them into school. Thank you. Coming Soon/ Dates for your diary Week beg Tuesday 26th February – Parents Evenings. Appointments have been sent out, if you have not received one please come and see us, there are still slots available. Tuesday 5th March, 2pm – you are invited to come and share our learning and celebrate Mothers Day. As before only one adult per child due to space. Snack Monday: yoghurt Tuesday: Pancakes with a choice of lemon and sugar, strawberry jam or syrup.
