Recently in Jalalabad and Faizabad
Needs mapping Results of the seasonal food security assessment at mid September, covering 58 districts in 23 provinces First IPC map recently released: 16 provinces, 2 provinces in crisis. Next one in Oct. /Nov. 2012 From Oct. , monthly results of the surveillance system monitoring household hunger scale & coping strategy index. It covers 6 provinces, 39 pilot sentinel sites and 2740 HH each month
Current reporting indicators # beneficiaries assisted through the provision of food, cash (inc. vouchers) . Semester 1: 3’783’000 beneficiaries # beneficiaries that received agriculture inputs and/or benefited from livestock interventions. Semester 2: 505’000 beneficiaries the 2 outputs indicators were reported to OCHA each month at district level. No regular reporting of outcomes.
