Additional Tips for Reducing Costs The earlier you register, the lower the registration price is. Forgo the pre-conference tutorials and only register for 3 days instead of 4. Reservations at the conference hotel are available at a discounted rate. A discount on Uber for the city of the conference is provided about a week before the show. Offering to cover some of your travel costs can vastly improve your chances of getting approval to attend.
