Megan Schmid Megan Schmid is a Nebraska native who moved to Virginia in 2015 for her military assignment. She served 13 years in the Air Force as a contracts officer, an executive assistant, and an attorney. She attended law school at Villanova University and spent her last few years of practice focusing on employment law. In 2017, Megan gave birth to her 4th daughter and decided to stay home full-time. Currently, she works as an independent consultant for Rodan+Fields. In her free time, she enjoys running long distance, reading for pleasure and to her children, and helping other families at Christ Church and in the community.
