LINGVA BUSINESS PROJECTS VALJEVO BRANDS Valjevo beer with a taste of lemon and grapefruit by Dragana Ivkovic and Verica Obradovic

INTRODUCTION At the factory of Valjevo beer, located in Valjevo, after which beer was named, research conducted on the market throughout our country showed that consumers are interested in introducing some other types of beer within the factory. Consumers who consume beer have thirsted for new beer tastes. Like beers with the taste of lemon and grapefruit. .

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION Valjevo beer with the taste of lemon and grapefruit contains less% alchohol than Valjevo beer classically. This beer has a good taste that reminds you of some sort of juice. By introducing new types of beer, we want to achieve better sales on the Serbian market and in export. We want to be competitive with other beers that exist on our market with varied tastes

TARGET CUSTOMERS Valjevo beer with the taste of lemons and grapefruit aims to target consumers who were not previously big beer lovers. If we obtain those consumers, we will increase the sales that will affect the profit of the entire factory at the end of the year. The final buyers believe that it will be a good beer, because the classic beer is one of the best beers in Serbia

COMPETITION Our competitors are producers of the same type of beer, beer with the taste of lemon and grapefruit. Our competitors are stronger than us because they have started production of these types of beer much earlier and are already largely represented on the market. However, our great advantage is in the quality of beer. First of all, the beer produced in our region, the Valjevo region uses the best quality of water for beer production. Valjevo is a city with high water quality and many sources of drinking water, which is why beer is produced in our region of high qualty

DISTRIBUTION Distribution channels for our beer are mainly large supermarkets such as Roda, Makator, Maxi, Idea ... The best distribution starts from the big supermarkets. Later, they are going to give birth at smaller discounts.

OBJECTIVES Our main objective is to try with activities on the EU market and we achieve the position of the leading market leader in alcoholic and refreshing drinks by September 2019. Our goal is to become leaders, offering drinks of special taste at affordable prices.

BUDGET AND FINANCING Our plan is to invest a part of the profit from the sale of beer in the purchase of a new machine that will cost about 40 000 eurosa

PRICE The price for one bottle of beer with taste will be about 80 dinars. This is a lower price than competitors’ on the local market. We will give special discounts for holidays (New Year, Christmas, Easter). We will form the price for the EU market after examining competitive prices

PACKAGING Orginal Practical Economic

PROMOTION We regularly advertise our products on local TV and radio stations we exhibit at local, regional and national shows. We will organize various promotions, share free samples, and one of the promotions will be a gift- a beer mug for the purchase of two botlles of beer with taste.
