What made Stalin Unique Unlike other leaders Stalin was not followed because of respect or greatness he was followed out of fear of his power

Why is Stalin a leader Stalin is considered a leader because he was absolute ruler of Russia for over 20 years and he also led his country through two wars and made it a power of the world

The Rule of Stalin Stalin ruled the U.S.S.R. from because after his rise to power he did not give anyone the chance to go against him by either having them killed or sent to gulags

How did Stalins background affect him After being scarred from smallpox the other village children treated him cruelly, instilling in him a sense of inferiority. Because of this, Joseph began a quest for greatness and respect. He also developed a cruel streak for those who crossed him.
