PES GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATION http://www.ieee-pes.org/guidelines-for-preparing-visuals-for-pes-presentations

Time Forum presentation session would a 75 minutes session which will allow 15 presenters of similar topic to discuss the key concepts of their research. All papers will be available during conference registration. So the expectation is that only the main aspects of the paper is presented. Each presenter will have 5 minutes. It is suggested that presenters prepare only up to 3-4 slides to complete within three minutes strictly which will be followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. Presenters will be provided a facility to present their papers and a space nearby to put up a copy of the presentation or a poster (presenters will have a choice to choose any one option). At the end of the session, participants will be allowed to interact with presenters and discuss if any questions they have.
