How to Install MEGABLOCK 1. Set up a concrete base (zocalo) on which to lay the first level of MEGABLOCKS. Align and properly level this first row of MEGABLOCKS by using a fish line and a level bar. 2. Prepare a cement mix until of toothpaste consistency. Using a pallet, spread the mix on the upper lip of the MEGABLOCK after every three (3) inches. This will be the base for the next level of MEGABLOCKS. For subsequent levels, use a soldier or interlocking laying method. Fill the voids on the joints and level off the MEGABLOCKS with the excess cement mix. MEGABLOCK Wall System

How to Install MEGABLOCK 3. Horizontal materials such as steel bars, electrical tubes and water pipes may pass thru the MEGABLOCKS concrete connector indentations. 4. The cement mix in Step 2 may also be used to fill up the minor pores of the MEGABLOCKS. This will save on the use of a skim coat. 5. Finish off the MEGABLOCK wall with a skim coat using a pallet. Since the MEGABLOCKs are already well-aligned, the skim coat will be ready to accept the next finishing stage such as painting of the wall.
