Research project You will be researching a specific career based on your interests. This research will last two weeks long. You will be expected to present your information in any of the following formats: Poster Power Point Video recording Prezi Extra credit will be awarded for those that dress up as their career! Your only required web resource is the official United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Student Resources page. http://www.bls.gov/k12/content/students/careers/career-exploration.htm

Research project contd. Your career exploration is imperative to the success of this class. You will be asked to adjust your budgets based on real-life experiences and learn the process of decision-making and problem-solving. You will not be allowed to change careers. You will have two weeks of in-class time to conduct your research and to complete your final product to present to the class. In other words, this should NOT be homework—you will have plenty of time AT school to complete this assignment. USE YOUR TIME WISELY!!
