Aim: How did economic depression impact the entire world? Do Now: If your parent lost their job, how would that affect you & your family?

Worldwide Depression Vocabulary Depression – a period of sharp decline in the economy Inflation – an increase in prices & a sharp decline in the purchasing power of money Capital – money used for investment Self-sufficient – able to provide for oneself without help from others
