HOUSE OF REPS. THE NUMBER OF REPS A STATE HAS IS BASED ON ITS POPULATION FOR EXAMPLE: CALIFORNIA HAS 53 REPS; WYOMING HAS 1 THE # OF REPS CHANGES AFTER EACH CENSUS
