Getting greener Not only in color

Environmentally Friendly Being a global thinker, recognizing and understanding the world we live in, Oprema has always been one of the leaders; not only in product innovation, but also in applying its environmental policy in its everyday business. Think globally, act locally. Think locally, act globally. Do you know these fraises? We know them and we are doing them. Both. By knowing that, for the “green puzzle” to be complete, every peace has to fit and do its part. We are doing ours. Do you what to do it with us?

What did we do? Understanding and embracing “The Green Movement” as not just a trend, our company made a commitment a while back to: - Learn – By building a research and simulation laboratory - Understand – By educating our workers - Be brave – By thinking “outside the box” - Be committed – By doing what we are saying - Raise awareness – By educating our community - Be persistent – By never forgetting the cause

And with this in mind, it lead us to support this worthy cause in the following ways: Saving our energy – By implementing our “Efficient energy usage policy” Saving your energy – By producing energy efficient and sustainable products Reducing CO2 emissions – By using quality components and expanding product life span Discovering new possibilities – By researching new components and new resources

What are we thinking? 1. Usage of new refrigeration gases Our future planes which are already in action are based on two things: 1. Usage of new refrigeration gases 2. Energy saving hardware and software

What are we doing? With gases Testing is already in progress... Only current options are: R290 Propane and CO2 Both have better eco effect then Freon134a CO2 suitable for bigger units R290 Propane suitable for smaller units Only real option

What are we doing? With hardware and software We are currently designing and testing: Perfect energy saving electrical circuit with newely developed software with stand-by working regime Thicker cooler isolation Twin probe system for optimum ice control ...

What should you expect? Our preliminary research indicate up to 60% energy saving with newly developed stand-by working regime. The key feature of this software: Optimal unit set-up Shorter working time for all components in units Smaller energy consumption No effect on beer quality – temperature is always in normal parameters

Think of a green puzzle again Think of a green puzzle again. You can fit in as simple as taking into consideration energy efficiency of your dispensing unit. Educate people around you about energy efficiency and CO2 emissions. It is very easy.
