Planning & Community Development Department Scott Fazekas & Associates Contract Amendment Building & Safety Division reviews all construction plans The demand for these services fluctuates over time To meet peak demand, the City usually contracts with outside consultants to augment internal staff resources After the RFP process, SFA was selected to provide such services A contract for one year or $100,000 was issued with additional 4 one year $100,000 extensions 3
