Current Response to Alarms 2 officers dispatched to all alarms Average time spent on a false alarm is 24 minutes for a total of 48 minutes per call At one point alarm calls accounted for 12 percent of our calls for service.

False Alarm Reduction Fee Schedule Registration Fees: the fee covers a 3 year period $30.00 for all residential and commercial under 3000 sq.ft. $50.00 for all commercial over 3000 sq.ft. $200.00 for any school board, which covers all schools.

False Alarm Reduction Fee Schedule cont’ All registered systems receive one free false alarm for each year of registration. Every alarm after the free one, within that year of registration, is $60.00 Every false alarm for a non-registered system is $100.00
