Our graduation ceremony provides an opportunity for family, school, and community to celebrate the achievement of our students. This contract lists and describes the procedures and policies necessary to ensure that our ceremony is conducted with dignity and joy so that all graduates will be recognized. It is important that we have a partnership and understanding between parents, student, and school officials for this event.

2.I will clear all outstanding discipline, attendance issues, and debts (Friday School, and Saturday School), in order to participate in any senior activity or Junior/Senior Prom. Please initial your contract in the area provided at the left of the question…

3.I will abide by all school policies, rules and regulations at Junior/Senior Prom and all senior activities throughout the school year including Grad-Nite Activity and Senior Trip. 4. I will not deface or alter my cap and gown. I know if I am found with an altered cap and gown I will be immediately removed from commencement. Please initial your contract in the area provided at the left of the question…

5. I will arrive on time to all graduation events and practices. I am aware if I arrive late to any senior event I am subject to discipline including but not limited to detention. 7. I will attend ALL commencement practices. If I do not attend commencement practice, I know that I will not receive any graduation tickets, and I will not be able to participate in commencement on June 2, –Also DO NOT be late. 9.Students who commit serious, inappropriate behavior to include: fighting, alcohol possession, or use of alcohol or drugs on or after September 24, 2010, will have to attend a mandatory meeting with their parents to discuss the possible loss of all senior privileges to include the commencement activities.

The panel will consist of the following: –Ms. Chavez –Mr. Lalanne –Mrs. Cornejo –Mrs. Powell –District Personnel and/or Mr. Packham –SRO The student will have to convince the panel that they should participate in further senior activities to include commencement exercises… Additional consequences could be levied to include additional community service…

10.Inappropriate behavior during the commencement exercise could result in immediate removal from the commencement program.
