ELA Curriculum Our main reading curriculum is Pearson Realize. We will be modeling reading and responding standards in class (I do, we do, you do model). We will then be taking tests after we complete a book on those same skills learned. We also be supplementing with novels in class to reteach standards and develop reading stamina! Text based writing Expectation is to read 2-3 texts and respond to the prompt (informational or opinion) in a multi- paragraph essay! This is hard and we will learn step by step and practice a lot!
