Travel Inc Welcomes Plastic Omnium Travelers Travel Inc is ready to start booking your travel reservations today! CTP – Corporate Travel Portal. Your one stop shop to go to for helpful travel links and phone numbers for who you should call and when You must create your eProfile PTP – Personal Travel Portal. Every traveler has their own PTP. You can access your past, current and future itineraries, track unused tickets and update your profile that syncs with your Concur profile Note! Only tickets issued by TI will appear in your PTP and in Concur. Concur Travel-Online booking tool that you access via PTP. eItinerary-proprietary, interactive itinerary

Corporate Travel Portal The Corporate Travel Portal is a customized gateway to the best online travel resources available on the internet with helpful travel links and services within your own secure environment! http://

Create your eProfile! Go to the Plastic Omnium Corporate Travel Portal Click on the eProfile link on the left side of the page Be sure to complete all sections in red and click the “Save My Profile” button Once you create your eProfile you will receive an email with an activation link. You must activate your eProfile. You will receive another email with your login and your password to access your PTP.

Personal Travel Portal You can access Concur Travel from your PTP. Log in using your User ID and Password that were emailed to you. If you forgot your password, use the link at the bottom of the screen.

My Transactions Use the My Transactions tab to view past, current or future ticketed trips. If you need an invoice for expenses, click on the ticket number for the transaction to print/email. Itineraries are stored here for 3 years from the date of issue.

eItinerary

Unused Tickets Manage your Unused Tickets purchased with Travel Inc. by clicking on the ticket number for the corresponding transaction. Apply any remaining value towards the purchase of a new ticket. Unused tickets can also be viewed in Concur except for Air Tran, Southwest and other ticketless airlines

Service Fee Receipts Any time you hit the “reserve” button in Concur you will be charged a service fee. If you are just looking and not actually booking a reservation, use the compare button to shop options, until you are ready to reserve and purchase. Please only click the “reserve" button if your intent is to complete the booking and submit for purchase. You will be charged a service fee for any unfinished or withdrawn reservation. The receipts for these fees can be found under the tab Service Receipts in your Personal Travel Portal.

From the Actions box, you have the ability to: Share the trip via email Add the trip to your calendar Print the itinerary Open the itinerary in your smartphone Refresh itinerary-reflects changes that have been made Add/Remove trips

Adding an eItinerary to your Calendar You can add the eItinerary to your calendar by selecting add to calendar. There are two choices: Add all trips or Add this trip only

Pick your calendar option Select MS Outlook 2007 and follow the instructions. Select “travel” and your itinerary will populate the displayed calendar. By placing the cursor over an entry, it will display the departure / return information.

Open the eItinerary in your Smartphone Scan the barcode on the itinerary with your phone. You can find a barcode scanner in the apps store of your phone. Download , scan and your itinerary will appear on your smartphone Click Here to View

Flight Stats-Real Time Features One of the new features is the incorporation of real time Flight Stats. This displays the departure time of the flight and is also updated with any published changes the airline makes. Take-off: Notice that the “take-off” field will retain the original departure time, but will also show the revised times as well. How accurate are the flight stats? Real time...as early as the airline is willing to convey. Every time the itinerary is displayed, the information is refreshed and information is updated within a 10 minute time period.

Single Click Check In Single Click Check-in: Another impressive feature is the ability to “check-in online”. This takes you directly to your reservation; you have the same functionality as when you logged in separately to the airlines website. You can even change your seat selection based on availability. One click, and all necessary information to access online check-in is transmitted to the airline. Currently Delta, United and Southwest are the airlines that participate in SSO online check-in. Other airlines are expected to follow.
