Using Work Flow You can use this system as a work flow system : After establish your document,you can choice if you want to use the work flow option.

Using Work Flow You can choose the order of the signees and no body can sign this document without the signing of first orders.

Using Work Flow You can view Work Flow contracts as follows :

Sign Contract Details 8- Here you have three choices

Sign Contract Details 1- It will display your contract and the signees you choose and you can download the contract, after that click Sign

Sign Contract Details 2- Choose the certificate you want to sign with and click ok

Sign Contract Details 3- You should confirm that you want to sign this contract by click OK

Sign Contract Details When all contract parties and witnesses sign the contract, the application creates an electronic copy that has the contract details. The contract parties can download it from this page. In the Sign Contract menu there is an item to enable the user to download a Contract Viewer Application. Contract Viewer Application is an application that enable user to show contract details such as Contract Parties, their Certificates, the time which the signing process done in it.

Contract Viewer The Contract Viewer is an application which eases the use of downloading any electronic copy of any signed contract instead of dealing with the access file of any signed contract which needed Microsoft access to deal with it. The following snap shots will explain how this application works:- 1- When downloading the contract viewer and double click on this program the welcome screen will be displayed as follows:-

Contract Viewer 4- you can also choose any signer and view details about him/her like his/her certificate and his/her signature and other information as follows:-
