An Exercise in Gratitude… We’re going to do the same thing today! Here’s what you need to do… Look at your list of five people in your life. Choose someone whose number you have on your phone or have memorized. Write a letter to your chosen person about how grateful you are for them. Include specific details about how they’ve helped you, cheered you up, made you a better person, etc. Make sure it’s at least two paragraphs (at least eight sentences). Call your chosen person on your phone and read them your letter. It’s okay if it goes to voicemail! Just leave them a message. If you don’t have your phone on you, you can use mine. 
