PubMed Special filters for finding etiology, diagnosis, therapy, and prognosis can be found with Clinical Queries. For focused searching, use MesH, which stands for Medical Subject Headings.

ACP Journal Club Selects noteworthy articles from over 100 clinical journals (Not all articles are included) Summaries of articles with expert commentary Star ranked for relevance and newsworthiness

Cochrane Library Contains full text of Cochrane Collaboration systematic reviews. Contains abstracts of systematic reviews worldwide and abstracts of controlled trials gathered from a number of sources

PIER Physicians’ Information & Education Resource (from ACP) Point-of-care, evidence- based clinical tool Browse by organ system or search for modules of diseases, screening methods, or clinical procedures Evidence for all diseases is evaluated and credibility of the evidence is rated .
