Provide an efficient way to sort and retrieve contract data for internal and external customers : Sorts data by contractor, department, date, agenda detail, and contract administrator Allows easy access to actual contract by providing drill down features

Provide valuable data in a consolidated environment: Contract details are easily identified through column headers Research capabilities are improved by immediate access to various elements associated to each contract

Enhance transparency for internal and external customers: Elected Officials Decision making Allocation of resources Department Heads Planning Departmental goals and objectives County employees Audits Deliverables; critical dates; terms and conditions General public Where are tax dollars being spent Review business opportunities

Contract prepared and sent to contractor for signature Partially executed contract placed on court agenda From the approved court minutes in Agenda Link, contracts are retrieved, copied, and saved to a shared folder in ||Iloop|groups In SharePoint a new item is created and the contract from ||Iloop|groups is attached The remaining SharePoint fields for the new item are completed and saved Contract is now available for read-only viewing Williamson County Contract Database
