RAPID RESPONSE CENTER (RRC): A DEDICATED FACILITY STAFFED BY LEADING EXPERTS,VENDORS,AND PARTNERS (PUBLIC & PRIVATE) WHO ASSISTTHE MEMBERS OF THE NCIC IN THE INSTANCE OF AN ATTACK. CYBER RESEARCH EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTER: A COMPONENT FOCUSED ON WORK FORCE DEVELOPMENT AND WILL OPERATE THE CYBER RESEARCH CENTER WITH FULL-TIME STAFF WITH A STRONG COLLABORATIVE NETWORK TO WORK WITH LEADING MINDS AND INSTITUTIONS AROUND THE U.S..

CONCLUSIONS THIS IS A “TEAM SPORT”. WE NEED YOUR HELP. WE WANT TO COMPLEMENT EXISTING EFFORTS---NOT DUPLICATE THEM. THE THREAT CURRENTLY HAS THE ADVANTAGE. WE NEED TO THINK “OUT-OF-THE-BOX” WE NEED TO MOVE FROM A DEFENSIVE MENTALITY TO AN OFFENSIVE MENTALITY. .
