Organization USA Swimming 4 Zones – Eastern, Southern Central, and Western Zones divided into Sections – Southern Zone has Southern, Eastern and Western sections Each Section is made up of Local Swimming Committees (LSC) – North Carolina Swimming Each LSC is responsible for administering USA Swimming activities in a defined geographical area and has its own set of bylaws under which it operates.  A House of Delegates with representation of athletes, coaches, members of the Board of Directors and clubs is responsible for managing the business affairs of the LSC.
