We will support residents to: Identify issues impacting on health and wellbeing that matter to local people Recruit other residents who have the energy and passion to make a difference Develop and lead new ways to improve health and wellbeing locally In 3 years more people will: Feel in control of their health and informed to make positive changes Support each other around their health and wellbeing Take joint action on issues that affect their health and wellbeing Get involved in shaping local services
