Partnership Performance Monitoring

Approaches to evaluating partnership How well is the partnership working? How good is my organization at partnering?

Generally clear consensus across instruments about important characteristics Trust, mutual benefit, accessible, dependable, good communication, mutual benefit, open, provides accurate information, engages in relationship building, responsible, shares power, supportive, truthful, values differences

Proposed instrument 13 statements that would be rated on a 5-point scale Focused on department performance, not individual performance

Nuts and bolts of operation Administration Analysis

Nuts and bolts: Administration Online survey links will be created for surveys for each department. Each department should identify at least 8 key community partners and their primary contact by ________. Completely possible that a department may work with the same community organization, however likely that the contact will be different. For example, USD 497 – school nurses vs. PE coordinators Lists will be sorted randomly. Each quarter the survey will be sent to 2 community partners for each department. Follow-up emails will be sent to assure completion. At no time will department staff be provided with individual responses from partners.

Nuts and bolts: Analysis Each survey will be scored with a maximum of 65 points. The two surveys from each quarter will be scored, and then averaged. This will be the quarterly score. The overall score reported in the PM reporting will be a rolling average of the four quarters.
