Anticipation Guide AGREE STATEMENT or BELIEF DISAGREE 1. 1. The primary responsibility of a tenant is to pay one’s full rent on time. 2. 2. The primary responsibility of a landlord is to provide a clean, safe, habitable living environment. 3. 3. It’s not that big a deal if a renter pays his rent 15 days late. 4. 4. Tenants who don’t pay their rent should be arrested. 5. 5. Landlords who don’t receive rent on time have the right to cut off services (heat, gas, electric) to tenants. 6. 6. A landlord who does cut off services to delinquent tenants should be subjected to a beat-down. 7. 7. Personal belongings should be subject to removal if tenants are delinquent on their rent.

HOMEWORK Complete the Attitude, Shift, and 2nd Title portions of the TPCASTT analysis. For Friday: Complete online grammar quizzes: 80, 81, 85, and 86. You will be having a quiz on the material on these quizzes on Friday.
