BE ORGANIZED ATTEND: GR 12 POST-SECONDARY WORKSHOP Create folders For each institution Write down the student number generated for the institution (different for every institution) Log onto the Student Services Portal Create an account Check frequently Keep a copy of instructions/email sent from each institution in corresponding folders Submission of Grades Check: on-line portal or “official transcript” And: Fill in the Ministry STS Form Note: Official Transcripts can be ordered at the school office and it costs $5 ATTEND: GR 12 POST-SECONDARY WORKSHOP TUESDAY, SEPT. 25 AT LUNCH IN THE THEATRE
