COLLABORATION OF CRIE AND LITHUANIA Pilot Project: Counterfactual Impact Evaluation of ESF-funded Active Labour Market Measures in Lithuania; Training on CIE methods.

PILOT PROJECT European Commission initiative; Partners: private and public; Project Management Committee. Expected results: Increased quality of: formulation of tasks, evaluation results, coordination; solutions for using micro-data.

TRAINING 2-day training; A problem-based learning; Combination of theory and practice; Lithuanian case study; Useful for both: experts and civil servants.
