MHMR Tarrant Overview The Supported Employment department teaches skills and provides supports candidates need to prepare for, acquire, and maintain appropriate employment.

Supported Employment Our Supported Employment Team has placed more than 300 individuals with over 40 employers over the past six years. MHMR employs many of the individuals we serve.

Supported Employment Approximately 75 percent of our candidates seek entry-level, higher turnover positions, and have a 70 percent retention rate over 90 days.
