Materials Management Event April 9, 2015 "A Near Zero Solid Waste Strategy" for the Town of Mamaroneck.  Columbia’s Capstone team conducted research on solid waste best practices in municipalities across the U.S. and abroad, benchmarked successful programs for waste reduction impact, and performed a cost/benefit analysis on recommended programs to assess feasibility.  Greenburgh Town Hall 7pm Sustainable Westchester Members Meeting 3/31/2015
