The new evaluation system won’t work without you Policy doesn’t work unless teachers help shape it We want your input OEE is here to support you in the work Unpacking priority areas of the rubric Exploring the opportunities the new system creates Enhancing facilitation skills Thanks for being here! - We’ve been looking forward to doing this work all year. You are closest to the work - OEE is your support team. Implementing policy doesn’t work unless teachers help shape it. - It’s our job to listen to your input and empower you to take charge of this work. Teacher leaders aren’t born; they’re made. - We recognize that working with students and working with adults require very different skill sets. Introductions – go around the room, look at stickers
