Crisis must be averted within 18 hours Life Threatening Crisis Household is currently without heat. No operable Heating System or Heating Source. Crisis must be averted within 18 hours
Heating System Definition Permanently installed system that is used to heat the Dwelling Unit. A portable space heater is not considered to be a Heating System.
Heating Source Definition Any device used to provide heat to a Dwelling Unit.
